Neelkanth Palms has a major water problem

From the past few months we have been getting regulated supply of water (regulated by fixed timings) ... but today we were surprised to see taps running dry from 8 AM. and we have not been intimated for this in advance.

A big thankyou to all the ladies who updated the sales office in Neelkanth palms about the water problem, because it seems they were not aware that we have been facing the water problem since the last 7 months. I am not sure if i should laugh at this statement or feel sorry for myself to have bought this house from Neelkanth builders.

I think the Builder is simply taking all of us for a RIDE. I dont see them acting responsibly for last one & half year, since the time we represented to them all the problem way back Marh/April'07.

True, there is an issue of water shortage but that is prevailing most parts of Thane.

The OC issued by TMC clearly states that it is the responsibility of the builder to provide adequate water to all flats and hence, the builder has to take this responsibility ( and the bill tab):)
