In case we get one of the mobile players like Vodafone, Airtel, BPL Mobile and or Reliance to install a (GSM / CDMA) cell site in our complex, we can help generate revenues for our society and hence reduce the society charges for each individual house owner :)

We need to focus what are the various options available to generate revenue (ethical way).

Some things which are coming to my mind...

1) Letting out space for cellphone company towers.

2) The new bus shelters in Mumbai are very innovative and used effectively for adversing. We can have similar type of resting pavilions in the garden and the access roads. Where the pavillion can be installed as per our specifications and used by advertisers. (lighting will be automatically taken care by the advertiser)

3) We can ask any big corporate to maintain our garden/swimming pool and allow them to display their advts in the Garden area(most preferably FMCG). [I understand big companies have a budget towards corporate social responsibilities!]

4) Similar to advt carried on the train tickets and electricity bills , we can carry advt in the society bills and all the communication displaced on the notice boards.

Request Neelkanth palms Residents who are working in big companies in marketing/commercial departments to come forward and try to help us make this happen.

Before that request the Adhoc committee to consider these proposals and come out with a policy in consultation with all the residents

Hi ,
I am anant jammi of c-1104 , royale bldg, first of all wants to thank ajay for the quick response he gave on my request to join the group.
Just wanted to through some points out for disscussion as i don't know of any other media we have for communication
1) Can we think of doing the car pooling to different places like Nariman point, Andheri, BKC etc
2) We seriously need to look upon the number of stray dogs in our complex, now a days they have been so aggressive that they run behind the cars and bikes and even some times on the kids while they are playing down.
Please update me if at all some initiations already being taken on these topics
