The OC issued by TMC clearly states that it is the responsibility of the builder to provide adequate water to all flats and hence, the builder has to take this responsibility ( and the bill tab):)

We need to focus what are the various options available to generate revenue (ethical way).

We which are coming to my mind...

1) Letting out space for cellphone company towers.

2) The new bus shelters in Mumbai are very innovative and used effectively for adversing. We can have similar type of resting pavilions in the garden and the access roads. Where the pavillion can be installed as per our specifications and used by advertisers. (lighting will be automatically taken care by the advertiser)

3) We can ask any big corporate to maintain our garden/swimming pool and allow them to display their advts in the Garden area(most preferably FMCG). [I understand big companies have a budget towards corporate social responsibilities!]

4) Similar to advt carried on the train tickets and electricity bills , we can carry advt in the society bills and all the communication displaced on the notice boards.

Request Neelkanth palms Residents who are working in big companies in marketing/commercial departments to come forward and try to help us make this happen.

Before that request the Adhoc committee to consider these proposals and come out with a policy in consultation with all the residents

We the residents are to blame for the stray dog menace.

We feed the street dogs only to cleanup the garbage / left over... this is not how one shows love for the dogs.
If we truly love animals, lets give them a regular bath, take them to the doctors and get them vaccinated regularly... keep them in our homes and not abandon them in the compound.

Its a mishap waiting to happen... in case one of our own kid get bitten by one will we open our eyes...

Hi Parth,

Regarding the explosives being used by the builder next to Neelkanth Palms / Cini Max wonder mall, I have personally never heard one. I came to know of it only when i received a letter from the adhoc committee of Neelkanth Palms... that's when i checked with my wife and she confirmed that indeed a loud explosion was being heard almost everyday but they were not sure on where how and what was going on.
